  • When and where can I make an appointment?
    Elite Aesthetics is a clinic and concierge base services so appointments are available within a week upon request. You can make your appointment at your home, the office, or at the gym. We also offer group services for any party size.
  • What do I need to bring to my 1st appointment?
    Please complete New patient questionnaire and service specific consent forms
  • How long does it take?
    For Iv hydration, your 1st infusion will take a little longer to ensure that you are not allergic to the ingredients that's included in the infusion, but typically infusion runs for about 45-60 mins. For cosmetic injectables appointment typically last between 30-45 mins
  • What is an IV hydration infusion, what are the benefits and is it safe?
    IV hydration replenishes the fluids and nutrients your body needs. Infusions and injections are more effective than over the counter supplements since they bypass your digestive system. By bypassing the digestive system the nutrients get delivered directly into your bloodstream. All of our infusions are manufactured by compound pharmacies that are regulated and FDA approved.
  • How do I prepare for my appointment?
    Please refer to the pre-appointment instructions when you scheduled you’re appointment.
  • What can I expect during my appointment?
    Prior to the infusion we will begin with a full assessment, to go over your medical history to determine that you are eligible and safe to proceed with the infusion. Then will need you to fill out consent forms before choosing the IV drip of your choice. For your injectables' appointment, we will review your health history, all your questions and concerns. A light numbing cream would be applied if necessary prior to the service. A post procedure instructions flyer will be given after the procedure.
  • How often should I get IV Infusions/ IM Injections?
    It is highly recommended that clients schedule infusions biweekly or once monthly for optimal results. For IM/SQ boosters it is recommended once weekly.
  • Can anyone get IV hydration infusion?
    IV infusion are safe for most patients between the ages 18-99. Certain infusions may not be right for you based on some pre-existing conditions. During the initial consultation will help you determine which infusions are right for you.
  • Can I receive Hydrafacial and Botox / Fillers on the same day of visit?
    You can receive Botox , Fillers, Lip Flip after a Hydrafacial, however you must wait about 1-2 weeks to get Hydrafacial or Microneedling after Botox/Fillers.
  • Can I receive both IV infusion and booster shots on the same treatment day?
    Absolutely in fact booster shot such as B12 enhances your IV infusion benefits.
  • What are the aftercare after receiving my Botox/Fillers/Microneedling?
    Please refer to the Botox/Fillers/Microneedling aftercare cards for post care instructions.
  • Do you offer membership and gift card purchasing options?
    Yes , we offer memberships and plans,please refer to our membership and plans for more information. Contact us for any gift card purchases
  • Do you take insurance?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance. We strive to provide services at reasonable prices, however if you still wish to obtain our services and can't afford it , we do offer payment plans such as Cherry or Care Credit once you complete the application which takes a few minutes. Cherry/Care Credit Financing: Cherry and Care Credit allows patients to receive services and pay over time through equal monthly payments . you can get approved with Cherry or Care Credit in less than a minute.   • What forms of payments do you accept?
    WE accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex , Cash and Cherry/Care Credit once you been approved

PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING

As a courtesy , we will call, text or email to confirm your service treatment prior to your appointment date. Please confirm changes to your appointment as soon as possible. Missed appointments and late notifications of cancelation will be charge a cancelation fee or will result in forfeiting of your deposit.
A non-refundable deposit fee is required to book your experience and deposits will be applied towards your balance.
Please provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule a treatment.
Late cancelations or no shows will result in a forfeit of your deposit

 

LATE ARRIVAL


We understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time for appointments. Please call/ text and let us if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you. However out of respect for other clients's time we can not guarantee your full service time if you are late.
Our services require sufficient time to properly prepare the room for your experience. We kindly ask for your considerations when booking and canceling.


VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS


More than 10 mins after the consultation time begins, if you are late , your appointment will be canceled. Please make sure you are in a well lit room with minimal noise so we can see and hear each other clearly during the consultation.
